At this High School in South London, a new Hall was created for school functions and examinations. Complete blackout was necessary to create a suitable background for performances.

CHALLENGES:

A) Blocking light 100% with effective yet unobtrusive blinds.

B) Presenting a stylish stage area for performances.

C) Having a simple yet effective control.

SOLUTION:

Ashley Contracts specified SHY ZIP Cassette Blinds to provide 100% blackout within the Hall. The SHY rooflight blinds are operated simply and quietly via electric remote controls and the blinds at the side of the building are manually operated. The stage area was enhanced by drapes manufactured from high quality fabric and lining. The drapes were hung from Tunis 7400 CORDED TRACK.
